Why are there two different amounts of calcium on the TUMS_® labels?
Because TUMS_® has a dual usage - as both an antacid and as a calcium supplement - the label includes the actual amount of calcium carbonate (for those who use the product as an antacid) and the elemental calcium - the amount of calcium that your body is actually able to use.

Are TUMS_® bottles recyclable?
TUMS_® bottles and caps are made from plastic. Please check to see if this is recyclable in your local neighbourhood. TUMS_® rolls packaging is made from foil and paper that can be disposed of with regular household waste.
