TUMS® 2010 Added Value Consumer Promotion
MOVIE PASS OFFER
How to Receive Your 2 FREE MOVIE PASSES with Purchase of 3 Promotional TUMS® Products. Beginning April 2010 and continuing until October 15th, 2010, visit www.tums.ca and print out and complete the free movie pass offer redemption form. Include three (3) original cash register receipt(s) clearly showing the purchase (made after April 2010) of three (3) participating TUMS® products, plus three (3) promo stickers found on specially marked packages and mail to “TUMS® MOVIE PASS OFFER” P.O. Box 40, Postal Station B, Toronto, ON M5T 2T2. Please be sure to indicate your choice of either Cineplex or Empire Theatre selection. Free movie pass includes entry only. Limit of one (1) redemption per household per month. Offer available to Canadian residents only. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Redeemable at Cineplex® or Empire® theatres across Canada.
With the Selection of an Empire Pass, the following restrictions apply:
EMPIRE THEATRES
Empire Theatres General Admission Tickets:
Present tickets to a cashier to exchange for one admission per ticket. Valid at any Empire Theatres location. Subject to seat availability. No refunds, exchanges or time extensions on expired tickets. No substitutions. Not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer. Tickets shall be stamped with an expiry date which is approximately two years from the date they are purchased by TUMS®.
Tickets are not for resale. Tickets have no monetary value. No copies or facsimiles will be accepted. Not valid for the drive-in, special events/programs, or IMAX®. Surcharge applicable for Real D presentations.
With the Selection of a Cineplex Pass, the following restrictions apply:
CINEPLEX THEATRES
- Admit One Pass Restrictions
- Participating Cineplex theatres will accept the Admit One Passes towards the purchase of one general admission movie ticket per pass.
- Admit One Passes shall be stamped with an expiry date which is approximately two years from the date they are purchased by TUMS®. The expiry date will not be extended and Cineplex shall be under no obligation to accept expired Admit One Passes. TUMS® will not be responsible for issuing Admit One Passes.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the expiry date shall not apply to the redemption of Admit One Passes in the province of Saskatchewan only. In the event that the Consumer Protection Act (Saskatchewan) is amended or new legislation is passed to permit expiry dates on prepaid purchase cards within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (Saskatchewan), including gift cards or certificates issued or sold for a specific products or services, Cineplex shall be permitted to enforce the expiry date on the back of the Admit One Passes in Saskatchewan.
- Admit One Passes are non-replaceable and non-refundable if lost, stolen damaged or tampered with or used without permission.
- Admit One Passes are not valid for non-feature film performances and cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, voucher or special discount offer.
- Admit One Passes may be applied towards the purchase of admission to an IMAX® or IMAX® 3D, Real D 3D or VIP room film presentation with the payment of an applicable surcharge and are subject to the terms on the reverse of the pass and any restrictions imposed upon Cineplex by distributors of films regarding use of such Admit One Passes for specific movie showings.
GENERAL
No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide explicit permission as indicated on the entry form. Please see our Privacy Policy at www.tums.ca/privacy.aspx.
